Simone Menne -

Simone Menne started her career at ITT and later moved to Lufthansa, where she took on national and international management positions, including CFO of British Midland (BMI). She became CFO of the Lufthansa Group in 2012 and was subsequently CFO at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2016 to 2017. She founded a digital lab at both companies. Today, she sits on the supervisory boards of Henkel, the International Airlines Group, Siemens Energy and Russell Reynolds. In addition to her business activities, she runs her own art gallery in Kiel and is President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany e.V. She is also known as the host of the successful Stern podcast "Die Boss", in which she talks to female executives about careers and power.
